HUDSON CORRECTIONAL FACILITY:

Inland Public Properties Development, Inc. closed on a $100 Million deal for the Hudson Correctional Facility, the site is approximately 50 acres of undeveloped land on which was built the new correctional facility that began housing 1,250 beds upon its completion date in Q4 of 2009.
IPPD worked closely with the Colorado General Assembly in approving the facility. The facility is leased to Cornell Companies (NYSE:CRN) (Cornell) under a triple-net lease. Cornell operates the Facility under a service contract with various corrections entities. A comprehensive development agreement was adopted between IPPD and Cornell.
The entire facility has been designed to be American Correctional Association compliant. Among the different services provided are: Adult Basic Education (ABE), P-GED, GED, Therapeutic Community, Protective Custody, Life Skills, Substance Abuse and Vocational courses, as well as access to the law library and leisure library. Other features include a fully-staffed medical department, gymnasium/recreational facility, and various religious services.
