Charles R. Jones
President and Chief Executive Officer




Charles R. Jones is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Inland Public Properties Development Inc. (IPPD), where he is responsible for designing and implementing the Company’s capital investment and Public Private Partnership (P3) real estate strategy. Since 1985, Mr. Jones has focused on the development of innovative financing and capital structures for the funding and development of government real estate and infrastructure, and is a nationally recognized expert in governmental finance, leasing and P3’s. Many of Mr. Jones’ transactions have included the use of private sources of capital and lease structures designed to maximize governmental balance sheet utilization and liquidity. He has extensive experience structuring and implementing P3’s on a domestic and international basis, and has been responsible for several comprehensive legislative initiatives to adopt empowering P3 statutes, authorize specific projects and obtain budget approval. These initiatives have included providing expert testimony before legislative committees, as well as other elected officials and boards.

From 1998 to 2007, Mr. Jones served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CentraCore Properties Trust (CPT), a New York Stock Exchange Company that provided alternative sources of private capital and development expertise for governmental use real estate projects. Mr. Jones was a founder of CPT, a REIT, and guided the company in its initial public offering in 1998, and through its merger in 2007. He was responsible for the acquisition and development of a number of large scale governmental real estate projects using the P3 model while at CPT.

Mr. Jones was formerly an investment banker specializing in accessing capital for governmental real estate, lease structures, and P3’s. Mr. Jones, a 1973 Accounting & Finance graduate of the University of Colorado, began his career with KPMG as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in the taxation of real estate. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and has held several public securities licenses issued by the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Daniel C. Jones
Director of Project Development




Daniel C. Jones, is the Director of Project Development for Inland Public Properties Development (IPPD). Mr. Jones specializes in designing plans of finance and innovative leasing structures for an array of specialty use governmental properties. Concentrating on the flexibility and advantages of IPPD’s funding methods, Mr. Jones works closely with public officials and decision makers to demonstrate the advantages and opportunities IPPD offers through its experience forming Public Private Partnerships and executing difficult transactions.

Mr. Jones also focuses on the identification and acquisition of development sites, as well as existing structures for re-development or monetization opportunities. He is responsible for drafting and coordinating the implementation of legislation authorizing governmental real estate and infrastructure projects. Mr. Jones is also involved with organizing comprehensive development teams to provide master planned development projects with several phases and components to achieve the goals envisioned by the end user.

Mr. Jones has extensive experience with land use, entitlement, and zoning initiatives from different projects across the country. His areas of responsibility include monitoring the construction and development of portfolio projects, and leading the diligence process on the acquisition of existing real estate, in addition to identifying opportunities. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado, with a degree in Finance.

Michael J. Searls
Project Development – Associate




Michael J. Searls, is an Associate in the Project Development team for Inland Public Properties Development (IPPD). He specializes in opportunity identification, acquisitions diligence and underwriting for governmental related real estate across the country.

Mr. Searls has extensive experience with leasing, brokerage, development and management of a vast array of real estate product sectors across the country. Upon graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Information Systems and Real Estate, he began his career as a licensed broker, and later expanded his focus to include leasing, property management and development. Mr. Searls returned to school at the University of Texas where he received an MBA in Real Estate Finance.

Bryan B. Kaminski
Project Development – Associate




Bryan B. Kaminski is a Project Development Associate for Inland Public Properties, Inc. (IPPD). His focus is on identifying public real estate and infrastructure that would benefit from IPPD’s unique financing and capital structures.

His other areas of responsibility include monitoring the construction and development of portfolio projects, and leading the diligence and underwriting process on the acquisition of existing real estate.

Mr. Kaminski formerly worked closely with public and non-profit organizations as a project manager on healthcare and higher education construction projects for a national general contracting firm.

He holds a BS from Texas A&M University in Construction Science and a MBA in Real Estate Finance from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
